Download and open the Senstream app from Apple's iOS app store to be installed on an iPhone or iPad with iOS 16.6 or later.
The first time you launch the Senstream iOS app, you will be asked to acknowledge that the Senstream ring is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent medical conditions or illnesses.
The next step will be to choose where the data will be stored, either using a free Senstream Cloud account or choosing to store data local on the phone or in a location defined by the user.
Either choice can be changed after this screen.
After selecting the data storage location, a ring will need to be paired with the app.
