Ring Detail

Select your ring at the top of the Record Session screen in order to bring up the Ring Detail screen. If your ring is in sleep mode, shake to wake it, then proceed.

• In Ring Detail appears an Observations box with the ring Name, Hardware version, Serial Number, Manufacturer, current Battery level (%), Sensor Mode (during a session), Charging State, Ring State, and Last Seen (date and time).

• In the Firmware box, the Current Version is shown along with the Upgrade Firmware button that is active for qualified users. Learn more about updating the ring firmware.

• Further down on the Ring Detail page there is a Diagnostics box where there is a Calibrate Ring button which sets a reference level for the ring sensors, the current Calibration VREF level is indicated, the Last Reset Cause code is shown, and the Last Reset Message is shown.

• Note - ring calibration is done at the factory. There may be periodic update advisories sent to users (via the App) to update calibration using the Calibrate Ring button.

• Also available in the Diagnostics box are ring control buttons:

  • Identify Ring which flashes a white LED in the ring as an identifier beacon

  • Restart Ring which resets the ring

  • Shutdown Ring which puts the ring in a low power sleep mode and requires connecting to the battery charger for wake up.

• At the bottom of the page, Forget About Ring removes that particular device from the list of available rings. To reconnect, go back to the Ring Session screen and tap the Add Senstream Ring button at the top.
