# Limitations of Use - Not a Medical Device

The Senstream Research Ring is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent medical conditions or illnesses. The Senstream Research Ring is a laboratory grade biometric device in a ring form factor intended for use by researchers and educators.
